Raspberry Frozen Yogurt Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups raspberries, frozen 1/2 cup Lemon non-fat yogurt 1 tbsp Sugar/or sugar substitute 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
Recipe Instructions:
In a food processor blend frozen raspberries, yogurt, sugar and juice until smooth. For a quick dessert serve immediately. If you prefer a more frozen texture, place in an 8x4-inch rectangular freezer container and freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.
Makes four 1/2 cup servings. 109 calories, negligible fat, 1 mg cholesterol, 14 mg sodium.
