Raspberry Melba Sauce Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup Raspberries, fresh or frozen
2 tbsp Water
1 tsp Cornstarch
6 tsp Sugar =OR=-
Sugar substitute =
To 6 ts sugar

 

Recipe Instructions:

In a small saucepan, combine raspberries and 1 tb of the water. Bring to a
boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the berries start to fall apart.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the rest of the water. add to berries and cook
until mixture thickens, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Strain mixture
and stir in sugar. Serve over any fruit or frozen dietary dessert.

Per serving: 2g protein, 0g fat, 8g carb., 0mg sodium, omg chol., 88
calories.
