Recipe Instructions:
2 cloves garlic, minced 1/3 cup diced onion 1/8 tsp cayenne 1/8 tsp cumin 1/8 tsp chili powder 2 tsp Tabasco sauce 2 cup cooked brown rice 2 cup cooked red beans 1 cup diced cooked ham Directions: In a large pan, saute garlic and onion with seasonings. Add rice, beans and ham; cook over medium heat. Stir in approximately 1/4 cup water or liquid from beans. Cook until heated through.
