Rice Parmesan Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil 1 medium onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, minced 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth 1 cup uncooked rice 1/2 cup dry white wine 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe Instructions:
In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and garlic and saute for 8 minutes.
Stir in chicken broth, rice, and wine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and continue cooking for 20 to 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Transfer to a serving bowl, and add cheese before serving.
This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: about 1/2 cup.
