Rice With Black-Eyed Peas Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
INGREDIENTS
0.50 c Onion, chopped 2.00 ts Margarine, reduced calorie 1.00 cn Black-eyed peas, 15 oz can 1.00 cn Tomatoes,stewed, 14.5 oz can 1.00 c Rice, cooked 0.25 ts Salt 0.25 ts Pepper 0.50 ts Poultry seasoning 1.00 Clove Garlic, optional 0.50 ts Red pepper flakes, OR 0.50 ts Tabasco Sauce 0.25 c Parsley, fresh, chopped
Recipe Instructions:
DIRECTIONS: Saute onion and garlic in margarine in nonstick skillet until tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Place mixture in a nonsick 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
