Russian Dressing No.1 - Diet Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
0.33 c Reduced-calorie Mayonnaise 1.33 c Plain, low-fat yogurt 0.33 c Tomato juice, plain or Spicy 1.00 tb Lemon or lime juice 2.00 tb Finely minced chives Or onions (or 2 tsp. dried) 3.00 pk Equal 0.25 ts Chili powder
Recipe Instructions:
Put all ingredients ina bowl. Blend ingredients with a fork or wire whisk. Put in a covered container and store in refrigerator. Best when used within 1 week. Makes 1 cup or 16 servings.
