Salmon Spread Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

16 oz canned salmon, skin and bones
removed, well drained
8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp grated onion
1 tsp liquid smoke seasoning
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

 

Recipe Instructions:

Flake the salmon and combine it with all the ingredients. Chill before serving with your favorite crackers.

This recipe yields 16 servings. Serving size: 1 tablespoon.

Exchanges Per Serving: 1 Medium-Fat Meat.
