2.00 tb Flour 1.00 c Skim milk 0.25 ts Dry mustard - optional 0.50 ts Salt 0.25 ts Pepper 0.50 c Grated american cheese
Recipe Instructions:
SOURCE: Sugar Free...That's me! by Judith S. Majors, copyright 1978. ISBN #0-345-28708-8. Formatted into MM by Ursula R. Taylor. Make a paste for flour and 2 tbsp milk in saucepan. Stirring constantly, gradually add the remaining milk. Cook until thickened. Add seasoning and cheese and stir over low heat until thickened. Serve over potatoes or vegetables. Servings - 16. 1 Tablespoon = 20 calories and 1/4 med. fat meat exchange.
