Sauteed Okra Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
4 cups fresh okra 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp Italian herbs 1/2 tsp seasoning salt 1/4 tsp Vege-Sal 1 onion, chopped
Recipe Instructions:
Heat the oil over medium heat. Add all ingredients and cook, uncovered, until okra is tender.
This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 1 cup.
