Sauteed Sea Scallops Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1.00 lb Sea scallops; sliced
-horizontally
6.00 Mushrooms; sliced
0.50 Green bell pepper; diced
1.00 md Tomato; diced
0.25 c Dry white wine
2.00 Green onions; chopped
1.00 ts Dill weed, dried

 

Recipe Instructions:

Rinse scallops and wipe dry. Place mushrooms, bell
pepper, tomato, and wine in a large nonstick skillet
and cook 5 min until vegetables are tender. Add
onions, scallops and dill weed. Cook about 5 min,
until scallops are opaque.

Per serving: 120 cal; 45mg chol, 3g carb, 21g pro,
233mg NA, 1g fat Exchanges: 3 low-fat meat, 1/2 veg
%fat = 7.5%
