Seashore Shrimp Spread Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup fat-free cream cheese
1 cup low-fat sour cream
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup minced, cooked shrimp
2 tsp lemon pepper

 

Recipe Instructions:

Combine all ingredients and mix together until smooth. Pack into a crock or sturdy tupperware. Pack with raw vegetables and keep on ice.

This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: about 1/4 cup.

Exchanges Per Serving: 1/2 Starch, 1 Very Lean Meat.
