Sesame-Crusted Tuna Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
4 tuna steaks - (4 oz ea) 2 tsp sesame oil 1 garlic clove, minced 1/8 tsp salt 1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper 1/2 cup sesame seeds
Recipe Instructions:
Rub both sides of the tuna steaks with the sesame oil and garlic, then season with the salt and black pepper.
Place the sesame seeds in a shallow dish and press the tuna into the seeds to coat completely.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated fish and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 1 tuna steak.
