Sesame Green Beans & Peppers Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb Fresh green beans 1 medium -size red bell pepper, red or yellow maybe sub; cut in 1/4" strips 2 tbsp Toasted seasmae seeds 1 tsp Sesame oil
Recipe Instructions:
Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Place in a serving bowl with bell pepper and toss with remaining ingredients. Food Exchange per serving: 1 VEGETABLE EXCHANGE + 1 FAT EXCHANGE; CAL: 84; CHO: 0mg; CAR: 7g; PRO: 2g; SOD: 305mg; FAT: 4g;
