Shoyu Coffee Chicken Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
5 lb Chicken, cut into pieces 2/3 cup Shoyu, (soy sauce) 1/3 cup Brewed coffee 1 cup Sugar, =OR=- SUGAR SUBSTITUTE equal to 1 cup 1 cup Water 1/2 Inch fresh ginger root =peeled minced 2 cl Garlic
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in an eight-quart pot. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes. Do not stir. Keep covered and shake the pot once or twice during cooking.
