Shrimp Curry - Quick And Easy Diabetic Menus Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 tsp Margarine 1 small Onion, chopped 1/4 cup Bell pepper, chopped 1 cl Garlic, minced 3/4 tsp Curry powder, or to taste 1/4 tsp Ginger 1/2 tsp Chili powder 1/2 cup Yogurt 3/4 lb Shrimp, cooked and peeled
Recipe Instructions:
In a non-stick saucepan, melt the margarine. Add and saute the onion, green pepper, garlic, and spices over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add yogurt and shrimp. cover and cook over low heat until hot, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice
