Shrimp Remoulade Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup chili sauce 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream 2 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tsp prepared white horseradish 1 lb medium cooked shrimp, shelled, deveined
Recipe Instructions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the chili sauce, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, and horseradish.
Stir in the shrimp. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
This recipe yields 18 servings. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
Exchanges Per Serving: 1 Very Lean Meat.
