1 Pita bread* 1/2 cup Smooth peanut butter, ** with 1/2 cup Orange juice 1/2 cup Currants, ***
Recipe Instructions:
* Whole wheat bread can be substituted ** Chunky peanut butter can be substituted *** Rasins can be substituted Mix smooth peanut butter with cup orange juice, and currants. Spread into halved pita breads and top with sprouts. Makes 2 halved pitas.
