Southwest Bean And Corn Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup Kraft Free Thousand Island fat-free dressing 1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper 4 cups torn mixed salad greens 1 can black beans - (16 oz), rinsed, drained 1 package frozen corn - (10 oz), thawed, drained 1/2 cup julienne-cut red pepper 1/2 cup thinly-sliced red onion
Recipe Instructions:
Mix dressing and black pepper.
Arrange greens on serving plate. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with dressing mixture.
This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 2 cups.
