Spa-Sensational Tuna Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 can White albacore
3 tbsp Nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup Cucumber, chopped
2 tbsp White onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Celery, finely chopped
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Tarragon, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Lemon juice, fresh
1 tsp Low-sodium soy sauce
Whole wheat pita bread
1 Tomato, thinly sliced
Radish sprouts

 

Recipe Instructions:

Fill to halved pita breads with tomato, radish sprouts and the tuna
