Speedy Barbeque Sauce Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup Undiluted tomato soup 3 tbsp Red wine or cider vinegar 1 tbsp Molasses 1 tsp Celery seed 1/2 tsp Chili powder
Recipe Instructions:
Combine tomato soup, vinegar, molasses, celery seed and chili powder in a jar, seal, shake until well mixed. Store, tightly covered, in the refrigerator, up to 1 month.
*DIABETICS: USE SPARINGLY, AS MOLASSES IS A FORM OF SUGAR.
Makes 2/3 cup 1 serving = 1 Tablespoon 1 Extra choice; 3 g carbohydrate; 50 kilojoule; 12 calories
