Speedy Chive Potatoes Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 1/3 cups instant mashed potato flakes
1/2 cup low-fat 1% buttermilk
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
= (or finely-chopped green onion tops)
1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper

 

Recipe Instructions:

Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan.

Stir in the remaining ingredients; remove from the heat. Cover and let stand 2 minutes; stir with a fork.

This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.

Exchanges Per Serving: 1 Starch.
