Spicy Chicken Breasts Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 boneless chicken breast, halved 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp low-fat sour cream 2 tbsp minced green onion 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic 1/2 tsp paprika Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a small shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and place the chicken in the baking dish.
Mix together the sesame oil, mustard, sour cream, onion and garlic in a small bowl. Brush the sour cream mixture on both sides of each breast with a pastry brush.
Sprinkle the chicken with paprika and black pepper and bake for 30 minutes.
This recipe yields 2 servings. Serving size: 1/2 chicken breast.
