Spicy Hot Refresher Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups spicy hot v8 vegetable juice
1/2 cup chopped, seeded, peeled cucumber
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 cup ice cubes

 

Recipe Instructions:

In covered blender or food processor, combine "V8" juice, cucumber, lime juice, and chili powder. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes, one at a time, blending until ice is finely crushed.

Serve immediately.

3 servings/Serving size: 3/4 cup
