Spicy Yoghurt Dip Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
8 13/16 oz Skim Milk yoghurt 1 tsp Curry powder 1 tbsp Finely chopped mint 1 tsp Seeded mustard 2 Shallots, finely chopped 1 Sachet Equal
Recipe Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and stir until smooth. Serve with crisp raw julienne of carrot, celery, zucchini and snowpeas.
