Spinach Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 lb Fresh spinach 1 tsp Seasame oil 2 cl Garlic, minced 1 tbsp Toasted seasame seeds
Recipe Instructions:
Rinse spinach leaves well and trim large stems. In a large non-stick, heat sesame oil and saute garlic. Add wet spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Drain; stir in sesame seeds. Serve warm or at room temperature. Food Exchanges per serving: 1 VEGETABLE EXHANGE + 1/2 FAT EXCHANGE; CAL: 51; CHO: Omg; CAR: 5g; PRO: 4g; SOD: 80mg; FAT: 3g;
