Spinach Apple Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb Spinach, fresh 1 cup Apple, chopped 1/2 cup Celery, chopped 1/4 cup Cider vinegar 1/4 cup Oil 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Caraway seed 1/4 tsp White pepper, ground
Recipe Instructions:
Remove the stems from the spinach; Wash the leaves throughly and pat dry. Tear into bite size pieces. Combine the spinach, apple, and celery in a large bowl. Combine the vinegar and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over the spinach mixture and toss well. Serve immediately
