Spinach Vegetable Dip - Cooking For Diabetics Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
8 oz Yogurt, plain, low fat 1 cup Mayonaise, reduced cal 3/4 package Leek soup mix 10 oz Spinach, frozen chopped, drained 1/2 cup Parsley 1/2 cup Green onions, chopped 1 tsp Dill, dry 1 tsp Italian salad dressing mix
Recipe Instructions:
In a food processor combine all of the ingredients and mix well until well incorporated. Place in an airtight ciontainer and refrigerate. Just before serving, place in a bowl and surround with raw vegetables
