Steamed Bay Rice Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup water 1/2 cup long-grain rice 1 whole clove = (or 1/8 tspn ground cloves) 1 whole bay leaf 1 tbsp dried parsley 1/4 tsp paprika
Recipe Instructions:
Combine the water, rice, clove, and bay leaf in a small saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce the heat and simmer until done. Remove the bay leaf and clove. Stir in the paprika and parsley to serve.
This recipe yields 2 servings. Serving size: 1/2 recipe.
