Taylor - this didn't have any nutritional info available - so I ran it thru a program I have that's called Meal Mate - it's a bit limited - but using 4 cups of cabbage as a basis and using 4 servings as the serving size I came up with the following information per serving: 148 calories, 1 gm protein, 12 gm carbohydrates, 11 gm fat, Exchanges were 0.1 bread, 0.0 meat, 2.1 fat, 0.0 milk, 1.0 vegetable, 0.0 fruit.
