Stir-Fry Broccoli And Mushrooms Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 tbsp Olive oil
2 cl Garlic, minced
2 Heads broccoli, cut into flowerettes
1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced

Heat oil n large skillet or wok. Add garlic, broccoli, and mushrooms and
stir about one minute. Add 2 tbsp. water. Cover and cook over low heat
until broccoli is just tender - about 5 to 10 minutes.
