Strawberry Delight Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:

3.00 oz Strawberry Gelatin:Dietetic 0.75 c Strawberries;fresh,chopped 1.00 c Yogurt;plain,lo-fat 1.00 ts Vanilla;extract Sugar substitute to equal>> 2.00 ts Sugar
Recipe Instructions:
Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Chill until slightly thickened. Crush strawberries in blender or by hand; add to gelatin mixture. Add yogurt,vanilla, and sugar substitute; stir mixture until well blended. Pour into 4 individual molds; chill until set. Unmold and serve. May serve on a lettuce leaf, if desired. I make this and serve as a Dessert many times, can top with a LO-Cal whipped topping. Yeild: 4 - 1/2 cup servings. Each serving may be exchanged for: 1 Fruit.
