Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
32 cherry tomatoes - (1" dia) 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese Dip or Curry Dressing, (see recipes) 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
Recipe Instructions:
Slice tops off cherry tomatoes; gently scoop seed centers from tomatoes.
Fill each with about 1 teaspoon of dip or dressing. Sprinkle tops with parsley.
This recipe yields 8 servings.
Exchanges Per Serving: 1 Vegetable.
