Sugarless Cookies (For Diabetics) Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup flour 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt (opt.) 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp ground cloves 1 tsp allspice 1 1/2 cups raisins 1 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/2 cup oil 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 cup quick (Mother's) oats
Recipe Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients and add remaining ingredients to moisten. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
