Summer Delight Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 Grapefruit, sectioned 1 Orange, sectioned 1 Cucumber, sliced 1 Red onion, sliced 1 Apple, peeled and cored 1/2 cup Orange juice 1/4 cup Wine vinegar 1 tsp Sugar
Recipe Instructions:
Toss all the ingredients together. Cover and chil for 1-3 hours. Serve on lettuce.
