Sun-Dried Tomato Spread With Grissini Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 cup nonfat cream cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp anchovy paste, (optional)
1/4 cup lite mayonnaise
6 sun-dried tomatoes, rehydrated, and
finely minced
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
12 Grissini bread sticks - (2 per person)

 

Recipe Instructions:

Mix all ingredients except the bread sticks in a food processor until smooth, but thick.

Place the spread in a bowl or crock and serve with Grissini bread sticks.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 ounce bread and 1 tablespoon spread.

Exchanges Per Serving: 1/2 Starch.
