Super Low-Fat Yogurt Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1.00 c Boiling water
0.50 c Non-fat dry milk powder
0.50 c Fresh skim milk
3.00 tb Plain low-fat yogurt

 

Recipe Instructions:

Mix boiling water and dry milk in blender on low
speed. Add cold skim milk and blend again on low
speed. Blend in the yogurt. Pour into glass or plastic
containers and warm place (80-100 degrees) overnight.
(A gas oven in which the pilot is burning is ideal. If
you have a dehydrator, it works beautifully on about
100 degrees). Refrigerate until served.
