Sweet 'n' Spicy Shrimp Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp yellow mustard 1/2 tsp dried minced onion 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1 tbsp butter 1 lb large shrimp - (24 to 30 count), peeled, deveined 2 tsp fresh chopped parsley
Recipe Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, minced onion, and ginger; mix well and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and saute the shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the honey-mustard mixture to the shrimp, stirring until the shrimp are pink and the sauce is heated through.
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 4 to 5 shrimp.
Exchanges Per Serving: 2 Very Lean Meat, 1/2 Carbohydrate.
