Sweet And Sour Chicken Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and cut into 2 inch cubes 1 cup celery, diagonally sliced 2/3 cup snow peas, trimmed 1/3 cup red bell pepper, seeded and diced 2/3 cup apples, preferably gala, unpeeled and diced 2 tbsp vinegar, plus 2 teaspoons 2 tbsp canola oil, plus 2 teaspoons 1 tbsp sugar, plus 1 teaspoon 3/4 tsp paprika 3/4 tsp celery seed salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all salad ingredients. Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
Per serving: calories 238, fat 11.7g, 44% calories from fat, cholesterol 54mg, protein 20.9g, carbohydrates 12.7g, fiber 2.0g, sodium 75mg.
