Sweet And Spicy Turkey Loaf Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb Ground turkey Salt to taste 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg 1/16 tsp Ground cloves 1/8 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Parsley flakes 1 tbsp Sweet pickle relish 3 tbsp Ketchup 1 tsp Prepared mustard 1/2 cup Finely chopped onions
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients, shape into loaf and place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
Per serving: 21g protein, 12g fat, 6g carb., 285mg sodium, 76mg chol., 212 calories.
