Sweet Potato Fires Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes, well scrubbed, unpeeled/ andsliced into 2" rounds 1 tsp olive oil 2 tsp garlic powder
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Toss the potatoes with the oil and garlic powder. Spread the potatoes onto a cookie sheet in a single layer.
Bake the potatoes for about 25 minutes until crispy and browned.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
Exchanges Per Serving: 1 1/2 Starch.
