Sweet Sauteed Apples Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

4 Apples, cooking
2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 tbsp Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg

 

Recipe Instructions:

Core apples and cut into about 8 wedges each; peel if desired. In a large
non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add apples and cook,
shaking pan gently every now and then, about 5 minutes. Turn the apple
wedges over, sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and cook
another few minutes, shaking pan and spooning juices over apples as they
cook. Serve warm.

Servings: 4
