Tangy Dill Dip Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
8 oz plain low-fat yogurt 1/4 tsp dried dill weed = (or 1 tspn chopped fresh dill) 1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and chill in covered container at least 2 hours before serving.
This recipe yields 1 cup. Serving size: 3 tablespoons.
Exchanges Per Serving: Up to 3 tablespoons may be considered Free Food.
