Tasty Tahini Dressing Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1/4 cup Tahini 6 tbsp Water 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice dash Red (cayenne) pepper
Recipe Instructions:
Tahini, also called sesame paste, is available natural food stores. This is nice on fish, poultry, tofu, omelets or salads. Blend all ingredients together with wire whisk. Makes about 1/2 cup. Food Exchange per serving: 1/2 FAT EXCHANGES;CAL: 27; CHO: 0g; CAR: 1g; PRO: 1g; SOD: 1mg; FAT: 2g; 1/2 cup; 8 servings (1-tb each)
