Tofu Dip With Herbs Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
12 oz firm tofu, drained, patted dry 1/2 tsp celery seed 1/2 tsp dill 2 tbsp chopped parsley 1/2 cup diced green onion 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp prepared horseradish 2 medium garlic cloves, pressed 1/2 tsp salt
Recipe Instructions:
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until very smooth. Serve with fresh vegetables.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/6 recipe.
