Tomatoes Vinaigrette Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup sliced tomatoes, (2 med.) 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber, (1 med.) 1/2 cup sliced onion 1/4 cup wine vinegar 1/8 tsp celery seed 1/4 tsp ground savory 1/4 tsp ground tarragon 1/4 tsp crumbled bay leaf 1/8 tsp pepper
Recipe Instructions:
Alternate layers of vegetables in a shallow glass dish. Combine vinegar, herbs and spices, mix well and pour over vegetables. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Drain and serve on shredded lettuce. Garnish with 2 tsp. chopped parsley.
