Tortellini And Feta Cheese Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 1/4 cup sliced scallions 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp dried basil 1 tsp dried dill 24 oz frozen tortellini, stuffed with cheese 8 oz water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and quartered 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese 1/4 cup chopped black olives 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 1 large tomato, quartered
Recipe Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the oil and vinegar. Add scallions, cloves, basil and dill; mix well. Combine all the salad ingredients together and pour the dressing on top. Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 to 3 hours. Serve.
