Tortilla Ranch Style Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup Assorted vegetables, Thinly Shredded (carrots, celery, Zucchini, green onions, Spinch, and/or sweet red Peppers) 1 large Flour torilla 2 tbsp Reduced-cal ranch dressing 1 oz Swiss cheese 1 oz Turkey, sliced;
Recipe Instructions:
Layer vegetables on tortilla. Sprinkle dressing over vegetables. Add Swiss cheese and turkey. Roll up. Eat cold or microwave brifly. Food Exchange per serving: 1 STARCH/BREAD EXCHANGE + 1 MILK EXCHANGE + 1 VEGETABLE EXCHANGE + 1 LOW-MEAT EXCHANGE
