Triple Cheese Spread Recipe

Recipe Instructions:

FRESH ADVICE. Cottage cheese will stay fresher longer if you store it upside down in the refrigerator. Makes: 1-3/4 CUPS
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese 1/2 cup shredded low-fat Swiss cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoon skim milk 1/8 teaspoon dill weed 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/4 cup shredded carrots
Instructions: In a blender or food processor, combine cheeses, milk, dill and pepper. Process until smooth. Stir in carrots. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers.
