Tuna Melt Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 can water-packed chunk white tuna - (12 oz), drained, flaked 1 1/2 cups coleslaw mix 3 tbsp sliced green onions 3 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp dried dill weed 4 English muffins, split, and lightly toasted 1/3 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat broiler.
Combine tuna, coleslaw mix and green onions in medium bowl. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and dill weed in small bowl. Stir mayonnaise mixture into tuna mixture. Spread mixture on muffin halves. Place on broiler pan.
Broil, 4 inches from heat, 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 1 to 2 minutes more or until cheese melts.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
