2 tbsp Blue cheese, mashed =OR=- 2 tbsp Roquefort cheese, mashed

1 Hard-cooked egg yolk, crumbled & combined with dash Hot pepper sauce
MMMMMLEMON
1 tbsp Lemon juice
MMMMMSOY SAUCE;
1 tbsp Soy sauce
